Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of https://bravexo.pl and the Bravexo client panel, operated by Bravexo, contact: kontakt@bravexo.pl.

Bravexo provides marketing services: AI-powered SEO, Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, and web design. The scope, price and duration of a specific service are agreed individually in a separate agreement or proposal.

The client panel provides visibility into work results: search rankings, traffic, detected SEO issues, and Google Search Console/Analytics sync history.

Access to the panel requires an account tied to a specific organization. The user is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all actions performed while logged in.

Connecting a Google account (Search Console, Analytics) is optional and happens only at the organization admin's initiative. Access can be revoked at any time in Google account settings.

The user agrees to use the panel lawfully and in accordance with these terms, in particular not to attempt unauthorized access to other organizations' data.

Data reported in the panel (rankings, traffic, metrics) comes from external APIs (Google Search Console, Google Analytics) and may be subject to delays or changes outside Bravexo's control. Bravexo makes reasonable efforts to keep data current but does not guarantee full real-time accuracy against the source data.

Bravexo may update these terms; the current version is always available at this address together with the last update date.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
